Fulfill Walmart Orders with Amazon MCF

Walmart Marketplace allows sellers to fulfill Walmart orders with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), as long as the shipment looks neutral and Amazon’s own delivery network is not used. Crazy Vendor routes Walmart orders to MCF with those rules applied automatically.

What Walmart’s MCF rules require

Walmart’s updated Shipping & Fulfillment policy took effect on May 15, 2025. Before that date, MCF was not allowed for Walmart orders. Under the current policy (summary):

  • Neutral packaging: no Amazon logos or branding on boxes, tape or inserts.
  • Unbranded delivery: Amazon Logistics must be blocked as the carrier for Walmart orders, so no Amazon-branded vans or uniforms deliver the package.
  • No cross-retailer branding: neither Walmart nor Amazon branding may appear on the shipment.
  • Walmart delivery standards still apply: on-time shipping and valid tracking are measured as for any Walmart order.

How Crazy Vendor handles Walmart orders through MCF

  • Walmart-via-MCF compliance preset: sends Walmart orders to MCF with neutral packaging and Amazon Logistics disabled as the last-mile carrier.
  • Rule-based routing: choose MCF, Walmart WFS/MCS, a 3PL or your own warehouse by SKU, channel, region or SLA, with fallback rules.
  • Tracking push-back: tracking and delivery status go back to Walmart automatically once the label is created.
  • SLA monitoring: alerts before a promised ship-by or delivery date is missed.
  • Cost comparison: compare MCF and 3PL costs per SKU and channel in Profit Analytics.

When MCF makes sense for Walmart orders

MCF lets you sell on Walmart from inventory already sitting in Amazon FBA, without splitting stock or sending a second shipment to WFS. It is a good fit for slower-moving SKUs, for testing Walmart demand, or as a fallback when WFS stock runs low. For high-volume Walmart SKUs, WFS or Walmart MCS may cost less; Crazy Vendor’s routing rules let you mix both.
