Delete Your Crazy Vendor Account

Crazy Vendor users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Delete Your Account From the App

If you use the Crazy Vendor mobile application:

  1. Sign in to your Crazy Vendor account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the information displayed and confirm your request.

For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate again before submitting the request.

Please submit the following information using the account deletion request form:

  • Full name
  • Crazy Vendor account email
  • Company name
  • Request type: Delete my user account or Delete my company account

Crazy Vendor may contact you to verify your identity or authority before processing the request.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

When an account deletion request is verified:

  • Access to the applicable Crazy Vendor account will be terminated.
  • Personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
  • Connected third-party authorizations will be disconnected where applicable.
  • Information will not be retained for unrelated purposes.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, contractual, or third-party platform requirements.

Information retained for these purposes will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

For Amazon Information, Crazy Vendor applies Amazon-specific data deletion and retention requirements.

Deleting your Crazy Vendor account does not delete information maintained independently by marketplaces, carriers, payment providers, or other third-party services.

Company Accounts

Crazy Vendor is primarily a business platform.

If your user profile belongs to a company account, deleting your individual profile does not necessarily delete the company’s business records or the profiles of other authorized users.

Deletion of an entire company account must be requested or approved by an authorized account administrator.
